I have been working with Jaz as my coach for the past 7 months with the goal of fat loss, working towards feeling great for my wedding, and the transformation I’ve gone through not only physically but mentally has been incredible.

 

Jaz gives me personalised feedback each week which has helped keep me on track. She is incredibly motivational, always positive (despite maybe not having the best week) and is able to pick me up mentally with her beautiful personality and positive words.

 

I’ve enjoyed every step of the process, getting stronger, gaining confidence in the gym, staying accountable, learning so much and seeing weekly progress. Jaz has made all of this so much easier and I truly believe I wouldn’t have achieved my results without her.

 

My only regret is that I didn’t start this journey sooner, working with Jaz has been the best investment I’ve made in myself for a long time!

GOAL; Fat Loss

I’ve been working with Jaz now for around 9 months, In that short amount of time I’ve made more progress not only physically, but mentally than in all my previous years of training.

 

My initial goal was fat loss which we moved through successfully, then my main goal this year was to build more strength and shape, then move through another cut and hopefully see some body composition changes. This has always been my downfall, I’ve never really made progress here as I’ve never really been confident enough to push through the discomfort of a build.

 

For the first time ever not only am I sticking with my bulk, eating higher calories, and pushing in my training, but I’m actually learning to become comfortable being at a higher weight, pushing a little outside my comfort zone. I’m excited every week to push harder in my training, enjoy the nourishment I’m giving my body with all the calories, better sleep, better moods, and building strength, and to be grateful for what my body is capable of.

 

I’m excited to see the changes when we do cut, but for the most part I feel my biggest growth is right now, moving through this build with such a positive mindset.

 

From the very beginning of our journey together ive felt nothing but supported and cared for with Jaz, we’ve had amazing weeks, exciting progression and gains, and also tough weeks, challenges, and set backs. Every single step of the way Jaz has been there to support me, to help keep my mindset on track and push me to be comfortable with being uncomfortable and to remember my goals.

 

I honestly have loved every step of this coaching journey with Jaz so far and am even more excited for the future.

I have been working with Jaz exclusively for almost 12 months through my build phase. She has been my support network, my coach and biggest hype girl. She has made this process so much better, helping me get through the uncomfortableness of feeling thicker.

 

Being part of the premium coaching she has provided me valuable feedback each week in terms of my form, nutrition and also mindset. She always has my back, the journey has been challenging with a few setbacks here and there but she is always in my corner, even helping me with my posing and just providing those little words of encouragement has been huge for me.

 

As a result my mindset has done a huge 180 not just in fitness but everything in life. She has provided so much support in this space and really helped me work through things. I cannot recommend Jaz highly enough, she is one of a kind and I am forever grateful for her.

I can't fault Jaz at all with how she has changed my life recently. I knew starting training again would be challenging for me (health issues meant stopping for a while). Binging took over my life for years and I knew I had enough of the same cycle. Under-eating, binging, training, not training, self sabotage was all I knew. Scared to eat, thinking the only way to be was in a deficit and if I wasn't in one I didn't see the point.

 

Fast forward to today, I think I am about 56 days binge free, I'm eating more than I ever have done. Between therapists and the huge support from Jaz I am so proud to be training hard and enjoying more food freedom. I never thought I'd enjoy reverse dieting this much. But man, carbs are good. 

 

By no means has this been easy for me. I would never try and sugar coat it. Jaz knew this about me, she knew it would be hard but she also was on my team and she has got me through so many moments where I thought binging would win. She had my back through it all. I wake up to messages on those hard days from Jaz just checking in. This wasn't my formal check in day, she did it because she wants what's best for you and has your true interest at heart. 

 

My body has changed so much since starting with Jaz. But what has been more important is the change I see in myself. I love where my body is heading but I love how much I've mentally changed more. So much more work to go but always one foot in front of the other.

 

Being on board with JSC has exceeded my expectations. A coach that truly takes time to understand you as a person, your struggles, where your strengths and weaknesses are. I'm excited to see where this journey of reverse dieting takes me!

Working with jaz was the pivotal point in my health and fitness journey.

I never thought I could reach a point where I’d be able to maintain a healthy relationship with food and exercise. With jaz in my corner, I was able to do that, as well as regain my period for the first time in 4 years.

I feel stronger, happier and have been supported through my journey the whole way.Jaz has been the coach and friend I always needed, and her attitude and presence towards health, fitness and lifestyle has helped me in ways I will forever be grateful for.

 

I have completely flipped my mindset on what it means to be healthy, from exercising 2-3 hours per day, to 1 hour a day, restricting food to eating more than I could’ve fathomed and prioritising rest and recovery, therefor feeling like an overall healthier, happier, better human because of it
